Shipping

How much is shipping?
US standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more. Under $59, standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long will my order take?
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Our products ship from partner fulfillment centers, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns and refunds

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email info@lifletic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to ship anything back.

Can I return something I don't want?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery about unused items. Please don't mail anything back without approval, because returns sent without an authorization can't be received. See our refund policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 15 minutes of ordering. After that it may already be in fulfillment.

Discounts

Do you have a first-order discount?
Yes. New customers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off their first order. One code per order.

Products and workouts

I'm a beginner. Where should I start?
Start with the free 7-Minute Desk Reset. When you're ready for more, The Desk Body Reset is a 30-day illustrated guide built for beginners. It's also included with the Home Workout Starter Kit.

How do I get The Desk Body Reset?
It's a PDF. If you buy it on its own, the download is emailed right after checkout. If it comes with the Home Workout Starter Kit, the download links are in your order confirmation email.

Is any of this medical advice?
No. Our routines are general fitness content. If you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
